Cancellations and refund information
Cancellation of any service should be done within 10 days of booking. We are unable to allow cancellations once the service has been rendered.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@lastelle.com with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
All proposals and/or contracts are non-refundable. Projects may be postponed or rescheduled without penalty. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of management.
In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the original transaction.
Digital and print subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time; however, refunds for partial subscription periods are not provided.
Upon cancellation, subscribers will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
Once a feature or editorial project has commenced, including but not limited to photography, interviews, or content creation, fees are non-refundable.
Postponement requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Advertising placements that have been confirmed and scheduled are non-refundable. Changes to advertising materials must be submitted at least 14 days before publication.
Late cancellations (less than 14 days before publication) will be charged the full advertising rate.
Event tickets and exclusive invitation fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by La Stelle Magazine, attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
